We aim to care for all patients whatever their needs; however we have to work within the confines of our building. Our practice is a Victorian building and although the inside is purpose built with state of the art equipment it is still a very old building.
We are able to care for most people in wheelchairs. We have a ramp to the front door of the practice. All our treatment rooms are on the ground floor and we have an accessible washroom.
We based on the main high street, the road has with limited parking facilities. A carpark is located nearby, just a short walk from the practice.
We extend a warm welcome to patients with guide dogs. We also have a induction loop system at reception.

We are a caring practice and we take all complaints very seriously and aim to ensure that all our patients are pleased with the quality of our service. We welcome all feedback from our patients and will ensure that any complaints are dealt with and resolved courteously and promptly.
